JAMMU, Apr 11: An Inter School Painting Competition was organized by the Ace of Spades Division, Rajouri, today as part of the “Rajouri Day Celebrations”.
A total of 140 students from class 1st to class 12th participated in the event.
The participating schools included Kendriya Vidyalaya, Delhi Public School, Government Girls High School, Valley View Army Public School, Nari Niketan School, and Army Goodwill Public School.
The topics for the painting competition were ‘My Rajouri’, ‘My India and My Nation My Pride. The paintings reflected the spirit of Patriotism and love for the country in the young minds.
The creativity displayed by the children was commendable and praiseworthy.
It was very difficult for the judges to decide on the best three in each class.
Exciting prizes were awarded to the students and the selected paintings will be displayed in an exhibition for people on April 13, 2016 on the eve of Rajouri Day.
