JAMMU, June 26: The men and women athletic teams from the State today left for Hyderabad to participate in 56th Senior Inter State Athletics Championship being organized at GMC Balyogi Stadium from June 28 to July 2.
The men team comprised of eight players —Danish Yousuf Jai Kumar, Abhinaw Kundal, Aabid Hussain, Amrish Sharma, Showket Ahmad Khan, Shabir Kumar and Sunil Kumar.
The women team include Mandeep Kour, Nisha Sharma, Insha Wadoo and Narmita Katoch.
The teams were accompanied by Coach Sharad Chander.
